YOGA & MEDITATION

Yoga is catching the attention of the world very fast & is often considered as set of exercise which keeps a man healthy but the reality is different because for muscular build up the exercises conducted at the Army/Air force/military/naval training centers are much better & give much better physical strength. Just ask a person practicing Yoga to fight with the Military person he will stand nowhere. Even a regular jogger will excel in comparison to a person practicing yogic exercises. In Yoga Physical Exercise  is one of the preliminary steps by which you can make your body fit to pursue the practice of pranayam, meditation samadhi

 

Yoga is way of life, wherein an attempt is made to  bring the human being in union with god.

It has several stages

1. The first stage is Yam

2. The second step is Niyam ( Obeying Laws of Nature)

3. The third step is Pratyahar (Controlling the food Input)

4. The third step is Pranayam ( Breathing exercises)

5. The fouth step is Dhyan ( Meditation)

6. The fourth step is Samadhi ( Realization of the Almighty)

MEDITATION
Meditation is often considered as a practise wherein you are supposed to sit with a cross leg & Spine straight , preferably on the Banks of a River or Hills. The reality is something different, Meditation Contemplation, Attention are similar words. When you Meditate/concentrate/pay attention to God only then it is Meditation . Even school you meditate/pay attention to your teachers then you get success. In every walk of life meditation/attention is needed. & every meditation has a carriculam which you have to follow to achieve the Goal
